We collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card details). We collect usage data to improve your agent's performance.
Your agent's memory, integrations, and conversation history live on your dedicated VPS. MrDelegate does not have access to your email, calendar, or connected app data. Your AI provider (Gemini or Anthropic) processes your requests under their own privacy policies.
We don't sell your data. We don't use your data to train AI models. We don't share your information with third parties except as required to deliver the service (Stripe for billing, Vultr for VPS infrastructure, Resend for transactional email).
When you cancel, your VPS is terminated within 30 days and all data on it is deleted. Billing records are retained as required by law (7 years).
